Bill Newton's Big Blues Quartet

This quartet is so big it expands up to 6 members.
The sound is big, featuring harp, sax, piano and guitar,
with a rhythm section that really swings.

Bill formed BBQ in 1995 as an offshoot of Rebecca & the Hi-Tones.
Band members are 20 year veterans of the music scenes
of North Carolina, New York, and Boston.

Bill Newton: vocals, harmonica, tenor and baritone sax
Robert Truesdale: upright and electric bass
George Hindenach: drums
Harold Green: guitar
Jim Henderson: tenor and alto saxophones
Doug Norton: piano
